CANCELATION/RESERVATION POLICY

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel the day before your reserved day by 5:30pm, you will be charged the current daily daycare rate for that day.

We have a 24-HOUR cancellation policy. If you do not cancel by 9:00AM the day before your scheduled drop-off day you will be charged a $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE. Please remember you are renting a kennel space for that reservation time which means it is no longer available to someone else who may need it.

If you pick up earlier than your confirmed scheduled pick-up day & time of reservation, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE BOOKED RESERVATION REGARDLESS OF REASON. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please remember you are renting a kennel space for that reservation time which means it is no longer available to someone else who may need it.

Our office will be closed on ALL major holidays. Our animal care team will be working, however, drop-off and pick-up will be UNAVAILABLE. We will be closed (New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas) and select days, unless otherwise noted. There is a 3-day minimum for all holiday boardings.

A $15.00 CHARGE will be applied for drop-off and/or pick-up outside of normal open business hours.

Payment in full is due at the time of pickup. Dogs will not be released until payment is received. We accept cash, personal check, and credit/debit cards. We also offer a cash/check discount.
